One capon yearly or 12 pence. One harvest journey or 6 pence. Heriot or farleu of one best beast or £3.
Covenants
To do common suit to the court and mill of the manor
To act as reeve if so elected
To act as a conventionary tenant of the manor
To repair and maintain the property
Endorsed: 'the property is in fact 47 acres, 11¼ acres greater than that detailed within'.
