Abstract of the Will of Ralph Pendarves of the Parish of Crowan in the County of Cornwall, written 26 Apr 1623, proved 10 Jun 1624. 2
Gives six shillings and eight pence to the poor men's box of the parish of Crowan.
Gives and bequeaths 10 shillings to his daughter Avis.
Gives and bequeaths 10 shillings to his daughter Elizabeth.
Gives to his son John a parcel of a tenement called Teeve an Gegin of the assignment of Richard Eva otherwise called the Richen Land in Hallegan & Bodrith Viall, as well as a tenement called Poledwe an Heire otherwise called Poledwe geease.
Furthermore he promises that his said son shall enjoy and have one half of all his goods which he promised him at his marriage.
Gives and bequeaths to his wife Anne the other half of his goods, making her sole executrix of his last will and testament.
Gives to his son Thomas one mare colt.

An inventory of the goods and chattels of Raffe Pendarves late of Crowan deceased was taken 13 May 1624 by Richard Eva, John Arundell & John Bolitho and valued at £246 10s. 7d.
