In the Name of God Amen
I Anne Hickes of the parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall Widow being of good and perfect memory thanks be to Almighty God do make this my last Will and Testament in manner and form following, revoking and disannulling all and every other Will and Testament heretofore by me made and declared and this only taken to be my last Will and Testament and none other. First I bequeath my Soul to Almighty God my maker and to Jesus Christ my Redeemer and my Body to the Earth to be buried in such decent manner as to my Executor shall be thought convenient and as for such temporall Estate of Goods Chattells and Debts the Lord hath been pleased to bestow upon me I do Order given bequeathe and dispose the same in manner and form following Imprimus I give and bequeath to my Nephew William Pendarves of Pendarves Esqr my Bed and Furniture as it stands the Chaires and Ten Pounds lawfull mony of Great Brittain to be paid him by my said Executor six months after my decease which mony is to be bestowed in something in Remembrance of me and to his Wife when he marries my best looking glass Item I give to my Neice Mrs Grace Pendarves his sister my Diamond Gold Ring and One Guinea in Gold. Item I give to Mrs Mary Williams and Katherine Williams daughters to John Williams late of Trehane Esqr deceased and to each of them one guinea of Gold I give likewise to Anne Williams their sister one guinea of gold and my gold Ring of Seven Stones Item I give to my Kinswoman Mrs Katherine Cood Wife of Thomas Cood gent my Black Silk gown and petticoat the Flowered goase hood the best suit of my plain Linnen and four Pounds in money to be paid her and to be for her own use and disposing Item I give to Reynold Bawden Hugh Bawden and to Thomas Bawden sons of Hugh Bawden of Suddorne gent and to each and every of them Five Pounds Lawfull mony of Great Brittain to be paid them and every of them six months after my decease and after to be put out for their and every of their Improvement till they attain the age of twenty years Item I give unto Aurelia Bawden daughter of the said Hugh Bawden my Sattinet gown and petticoate Chest of Drawers and four pounds like lawfull mony to be paid when attain the age of sixteen years Item I give to Alice Bawden daughter of the said Hugh Bawden the Silver Tankard Tea table my riding gown and hood and three pounds like lawfull mony to be paid when she attain the age of sixteen years

Arundell John Arundell Francis Arundell Elizabeth Arundell and Anna Arundell Sons and Daughters of Wm. Arundell Esqr late deceased fifty Shillings to buy Sheep and to be put out to the best advantage and Improvement for them in one month after my decease Item I give to Mrs Anne Manely and Jane Manely her daughter ten shillings each of them to be put in two mourning Rings by my said Executor Item I give to my cos. Katherine Pendarves daughter of Richard Pendarves gent. of Bodrrigey twenty shillings to bestow in A Ring by my said Executor Item I give to my coz. Dorcas Edwards of Lelant Widow Forty shillings which my Executor shall bestow in a mourning gown and peticoate for her Item I give to my Sister Law Mrs Lidia Tonken of Newlin the two Gold Rings on my Finger to make a mourning Ring Item I give to Mrs Joane Leavermoore of Trewroe twenty shillings Item I give to Mrs Katherine Orris the wife of John Orris of Trewroe my Calicoe gown and Stuff petticoat Item I give to Mrs Martha Halls wife of Mr Grenfeild Halls Ten Shillings to put in A Ring by my said Executor Item I give to the poor and indigent persons of the Parish of Camborne four pounds to be paid in two winters after my Decease Item I give to Such Servant Maid as shall Cohabit with me at the time of my Death Forty shillings and lastly I make Ordain constitute and appoint Hugh Bawden of Guddran in the County of Cornwall gent my Trusty and well beloved Kinsman the sole Executor of this my last Will and Testament to whom I give and bequeath all the rest and remainder of my goods Chattells whatsoever after the Satisfaction of my Funerall Expenses Debts and Legacies above by me bequeathed and if it happen that I shall hereafter give any other small Legacy to any person or persons that is not mentioned herein My Will and meaning is that whatsoever I shall or may hereafter give or bestow be punctually observed and performed by my said Executor as tho' it were done at this present In Witness whereof I the said Anne Hickes have hereunto set my hand and seale this Four and twentieth Day of Aprill Anno Domini One Thousand Seven Hundred and Ten Signe of Anne Hickes.

This Will was proved in London before the Venerable man George Paul Doctor of Law surrogate prelend of the Venerable Sir Charles Hodges Knight Doctor od Law Master Keeper or Commissary of the Prerogative Court of Canterbury lawfully constituted the twenty second day of the month of December in the year of our Lord one thousand seven hundred and twelve on the oath of Hugo Bawden Executor named in the said Will to whom was granted administration of all and singular the goods rights and credits of the said deceased well and faithfully to administer the same having sworn on the Holy Gospels 3
