Abstract of the Will of William Pendarves of Pendarves, Esquire, written 29 Oct 1683, proved 23 May 1684. 5
Wills that he be buried in or as near to his father's grave as possible.
Gives to his wife Admonition Pendarves his tin bounds in the parish of St. Agnes. Also gives her all her jewells, a piece of plate given her before their marriage, and an annuity of £10.
Gives 20 shillings to his sister Anne the wife of Thomas Hickes.
Gives 20 shillings to his sister Dorcas the wife of John Courtney.
Gives 20 shillings to Elizabeth the daughter of Reginald Bawden.
Gives 40 shillings to his servant Edward Richards.
Gives 20 shillings to his maid Mary Anthony.
Gives the rest of his tin bounds to his brother Thomas Pendarves, clerk. He also gives to his brother Thomas several houses & lands in the parish of Uny Redruth.
All the rest of his goods, chattels & credits he gives to his said brother Thomas Pendarves, whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
