Abstract of the Will of Richard Johns of Trewince in the Parish of Gerrans and County of Cornwall, Esquire, written 21 Sep 1810, proved 3 Jul 1812. 5
Gives and devises all his monies, messuages, farm lands, tenements and hereditaments to John Penhallow Peters of the parish of Philleigh, Esquire, and John Jope of the parish of St. Cleer, clerk, in trust for his only son Richard Johns, and for the benefit of his wife Blanch Johns, paying her an annuity of £38 during her widowhood.
Gives £1,000 to each of his daughters Anna Johns, Emma Johns and Maria Johns.
Names as a beneficiary his brother Stephen James Johns.
Appoints the said John Penhallow Peters and John Hope guardians of his children during their minority, and co-executors of his last will and testament.
