Agreement made 1751 with John James of Saltash, merchant, John Pomeroy of St Ewe, now deceased, and Philip Carlyon, John Pomeroy agreed for his executors to pay Philip Carlyon for use of Ann James, John Pomeroy's granddaughter, £600; Ann James now wife of Stephen John.

£600 now paid.
