This is the last Will and Testament of me John James Axford of Rock Valley near Lismore in the State of New South Wales Farmer

I appoint my wife Clara Axford Executrix and Trustee of this my will I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever to my said wife absolutely

In witness whereof I have hereto set my hand this eighteenth day of June 1926.
