This is the last Will and Testament of me Joel Axford of Bombo Kiama in the Colony of New South Wales Australia I hereby revoke all wills by me at any time heretofore made
I appoint Ann Eliza my wife to be my Executrix and direct that all my just debts and funeral and testamentary expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease
I give devise and bequeath unto Ann Eliza my wife for her absolute use and benefit all my real and personal estate wheresoever situated In witness whereof I the said Joel Axford have to this my last Will and Testament set my name this second day of April in the year of Our Lord one thousand nine hundred.
Signed by the Testator and acknowledged by him to be his last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at his request in his presence and in the presence of each other have subscribed our names as witnesses
