This is the last Will and Testament of me Ann Eliza Axford of Kiama in the State of New South Wales, Widow, I hereby revoke all former wills and other testamentary writings heretofore made by me and declare this to be me last will and testament.
I appoint my daughter Lily Rose Henderson the wife of Richard Henderson of Kiama aforesaid labourer sole executrix of this my will I direct my executrix in the first place to pay and discharge all my just and lawful debts funeral and testamentary expenses and State Probate and Federal Estate duty (if any)
I direct and declare that my son Joel William Axford shall be at liberty to reside rent free in my residence situated in Minnamurra Street Kiama aforesaid and to have the use occupation and enjoyment thereof together with my household furniture impelements [sic] and utensils plate linen china and glass which shall be in or about the same at my decease in common with my daughter the said Lily Rose Henderson during such period or periods as he shall personally reside therein during his life and subject to such payments as aforesaid and to such right of residence as aforesaid I give devise and bequeath the whole of my property both real and personal of whatsoever nature and kind and wheresoever situate of or to which I may be seised possessed or entitled or over which I may have and disposing power at the time of my death unto my said daughter Lily Rose Henderson absolutely.
In witness whereof I have to this my last will and testament set my hand this 28th day of October in the year of our Lord one thousand nine hundred and twenty four.
