"Will of Mary Casimir, late of Mudgee, Widow.
THIS IS THE WILL OF ME MARY CASIMIR OF MUDGEE Widow. I give devise and bequeath the whole of my Real and Personal Estate and Effects whatsoever and wheresoever situate unto and to the use of my daughter Martha Tennant of Mudgee Widow absolutely for her separate use and I appoint the said Martha Tennant sole Executrix of this my Will. Witness my hand this twenty second day of July A.D. 1896. MARY CASIMIR.
SIGNED by the said Testatrix Mary Casimir as and for her last Will and Testament in the presence of us present at the same time who at her request in her presence and in the presence of each other have hereunto subsribed our names as Witnesses. James Caplin, Edwin Burwood. 13th December, 1901. By Act of Court, Probate of the last Will of the said deceased was granted to Martha Tennant of Mudgee, Widow, the sole Executrix named in the said Will. Testator died at Mudgee 23rd December 1899.
