"Will of Louis Augustus Casimir (in the Will called Louis Agustus Casimir), late of Mudgee in the State of New South Wales, retired hairdresser.
This is the last Will and Testament of Me, Louis Agustus Casimir of Nicholson Street Mudgee, Retired Hairdresser, in the County of Wellington, State of New South Wales. I HEREBY revoke all Wills by me at any time heretofore made, and declare this to be my last Will and Testament. I appoint my son Francis Bevil Casimir, of Nicholson Street, Mudgee, to be Executor of this my Will, and direct that all my just Debts and Funeral and Testamentary Expenses shall be paid as soon as conveniently may be after my decease. I GIVE AND BEQUEATH unto my son Francis Bevil Casimir, the abovenamed Executor, my Cottage situate in Nicholson Street Mudgee, together with my life Assurance Policy with the A.M.P. Insurance Company solely for himself. I also direct that One hundred pounds (£100/-/-) be given to each member of my family as hereunder. Mrs. L. Smith (Nellie) Colombe St., Christchurch New Zealand, Mrs. C. Marsh (Mary) Nevill St. Mayfield, Newcastle, Mrs. R. Rogers (Beryl) George St. Parramatta, Theodore Ernest Casimir, Gipps St. Dubbo, and Keith Casimir Corranga Road Lane Cove Sydney, the balance of money left at the time of my decease I give to my wife Winifred Casimir. Witness my hand this third day of August one thousand nine hundred and forty four.

27th June, 1945. On this date Probate of the last Will and Testament of the abovenamed deceased was granted to FRANCIS BEVIL CASIMIR the sole Executor named in the said Will. TESTATOR DIED on the 30th day of April, 1945.... ESTATE SWORN at the sum of £2259:3:10 nett." 6
