In 1775 Thomas Trevenen was named a beneficiary in his father's will, to receive £1,500 when he turns twenty-one.
In 1790 the Rev. Thomas Trevenen of Cardinham was named in the will of his brother James as holding £300 stock, the interest from which Thomas was paying to James.
In 1798 the Revd. Thomas Trevenen became a beneficiary of his mother's will, receiving £500.

Rev. Thomas Trevenen was buried in Helston aged 57 years (Mawgan in Meneage burial record).

Abstract of the Will of Thomas Trevenen of the Parish of Mawgan in Meneage in the County of Cornwall, Clerk, written 12 Jul 1810, proved 24 Dec 1816. 3
Gives all his messuages, tenements, advowsons, tithes &c. to his brother John Trevenen, Esq., and his brothers-in-law the Rev. Richard Gerveys Grylls and Thomas Grylls, Esq., in trust, for the benefit of his daughter Emily and her children, should she have any.
Appoints his trustees co-executors of his will.
