In 1793 Mary Vivian was a beneficiary of her father's will, receiving his leasehold estate in Redruth Town called the Oxford Inn

In 1841 Mary Vivian, aged about 78, born in the county, Ind[ependent], was living in Lemon St., Kenwyn, Cornwall.
