In 1851 Joseph Vivian, aged 37, born in Crowan Cornwall, copper mine agent, and wife Elizabeth Vivian, aged 22, born in Camborne Cornwall, were living in Centenary Street, Camborne.
In 1861 Joseph Vivian, aged 47, born in Crowan, mine agent, and wife Elizth Vivian, aged 32, born in Camborne, were living in Beacon Hill, Camborne. With them were children (born in Camborne) Nicholas (9), scholar, Mary Ellen (7), scholar, Florence N (5), scholar, Maude (3), scholar, and unbaptised son (20 days).
Joseph Vivian emigrated to South Australia in 1865.
