In 1851 Elizabeth G. Davis, aged 34, born in Crowan Cornwall, farmer's wife, and husband James Davis, aged 51, born in St. Michael Penkevil, Cornwall, farmer of 200 acres employing 15 labourers, were living in Killiow, Cornelly, Cornwall. With them were children (born in Cornelly) Marianna (11), scholar at home, James C. (8), scholar at home, and Elizabeth V. (2).
In 1861 Elizabeth Davis, aged 44, born in Crowan, farmer's wife, and husband James Davis, aged 60, born in St. Michael Penkevil, farmer of 300 acres employing 10 men, merchant, were living in Tregoning, St. Ewe, Cornwall. With them was daughter Marrianna (21) of Cornelly, farmer's daughter.
In June 1867 Elizabeth Vivian Davis of St. Ewe, widow, was sole executrix of her husband's will.
In 1871 Elizabeth Vivian Davis, aged 54, born in Crowan, widow, farmer & merchant, was living in Tregoning, St. Ewe. With her children (born in Cornelly): James Charles (28), farmer, and Elizabeth Vivian (22).
In 1891 Elizabeth G. V. Davis, aged 74, born in Crowan, widow, living on own means, was at 10 Walker Terrace, St. Andrew, Devon with her daughter Marianne and her family.
