Gives to his two sons Joseph and John his dwelling house and adjoining land, reserving £15 annually to be paid to his daughter Elizabeth during her natural life so long as she remains unmarried.
Gives £100 to his daughter Mary the wife of Thos. Faul.
Gives £100 to his daughter Ann the wife of Samuel Grose.
All the rest of his goods & effects he gives to his daughter Elizabeth, appointing her sole executrix of his will.
