In 1823 Elizabeth Vivian was the sole executrix and residuary legatee of her father's will.

In 1851 Elizabeth Vivian, aged 56, born in Gwinear Cornwall, unmarried, grocer & draper, was living in Wall, Gwinear, Cornwall. Present were assistant Wilmot Harvey Davey (30) of Phillack, servant Susan Thomas (29) of Gwinear, and Matthew Grose (56) of Somersetshire, retired mine agent, visitor, and probably a relation of Samuel Grose, husband of Elizabeth's sister Ann, who were living nextdoor.

Abstract of the Will of Elizabeth Vivian of Wall in the Parish of Gwinear and County of Cornwall, Spinster, written 27 Feb 1857, proved 14 May 1857. 3

Gives to her grand nephew Albertus Henry Dennis Vivian, son of the late Joseph Vivian of Rose Cottage in Gwinear, all her property, houses, furniture, shop goods, book debts and monies.

Appoints the said Albertus Henry Dennis Vivian and her sister Ann Grose co-executors of her will.
