Abstract of the Will of John Tremenheere of the Town of Penzance in the County of Cornwall, Merchant, written 6 Dec 1706, proved 19 Mar 1706/7. 3
Gives to his son John Tremenheere all his messuages, lands, tenements and hereditaments.
All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to his said son John Tremenheere, appointing him sole executor of his last will and testament.
Gives to his wife Margaret £5 to buy a mourning gown.
Nominates his friend John Grose, gent. and his mother Sybella Tremenheere, widow, both of the town of Penzance, as trustees and guardians during the minority of the heir.
