In 1706 John Tremenheere was appointed sole executor of his father's will, then underage and under the guardianship of his mother (Sibella) and John Grose*, gent, trustees of his father's will during John's minority.

* John Grose married to Sibella in July 1707, shortly after the death of her husband.
