Abstract of the Will of Philip Vincent of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, written 8 Aug 1822, proved 27 May 1823. ²

Gives to his wife Jane all his household goods, furniture, plate, linen, china and pictures, and the use of his farm stock and implements of husbandry, for the term of her natural life. After her death he gives the same to his three daughters Jane the wife of Benjamin Tucker, Mary Vincent and Eliza Vincent, share and share alike.

Gives his leasehold tenement of Penponds in Camborne and his other leasehold tenement near the Red River in Camborne, along with the house wherein he now resides to his wife for the term of her natural life. After her decease he gives the same, in trust, to John Vivian of the borough of Helston in co. Cornwall, gentleman, and Robert Bennett of Camborne, gentleman, to pay the issues and profits to his three daughters, the said Jane Tucker, Mary Vincent and Eliza Vincent, in equal shares, independent of any husband.

Gives £50 to his son Philip.

All the rest of his estate and effects he gives to his wife during her life, bequeathing the same after her death to his son Philip and to his three daughters, to be equally divided among them.

Appoints his wife Jane and the aforesaid John Vivian co-executors of his will.

In a codicil he revokes his bequest of household goods &c. to his three daughters, and gives the said household goods to his two daughters Mary Vincent and Eliza Vincent, share and share alike.

Appoints as trustee John Bennett of Redruth in co. Cornwall, stationer, instead of the said Robert Bennett.
