In 1911 Edward Lutey, aged 30, born in Gulval Cornwall, and wife of 2 years Eliza Lutey, aged 25, born in Gulval, and son Harold (1) of Gulval, were with Edward's widowed father Richard Lutey in Carfury New Mill Penzance, Cornwall.
In 1921 Edward Lutey, aged 40 years 6 months, born in Gulval, farmer, and wife Eliza Lutey, aged 38 years 1 month, born in Gulval, were living in Garfury New Mill Gulval. With them were sons (born in Gulval) Harold E (11y 5m), Richard (9y 10m), Herbert (5y 8m), and relative Jane Treglone (70) of Gulval, widow.
In the 1939 Register Edward Lutey (b. 12 Dec 1880), dairy farmer, own account, and wife Eliza Lutey (b. 21 May 1883), farmer's wife, domestic duties, were living in Carfury New Mill.
