Appoints his wife Ann Tremelling sole executrix of his last will and testament, giving her all his goods & chattels, houses, gardens, lands hereditaments, stock in trade &c during her widowhood.
After the death or remarriage of his wife he gives to his sons John Tremelling and Humphrey Tremelling the dwelling house adjoining his workshop, with one-third part of the eastern garden.
Gives to his sons James, Richard and William Henry the easternmost house and garden, and the adjoining house and garden.
Gives to his sons John Tremelling and James Tremelling all the carpentry tools and benches in his workshop, share and share alike, directing his son John to teach James the business and calling of joiner and cabinet maker.
Gives £40 each to his daughters Mary Ann Tremelling and Eliza Tremelling.
Gives £5 to his granddaughter Jane Tremelling.
Following the death or remarriage of his wife he gives the remainder of his furniture, utensils and stock in trade to his surviving children, share and share alike.
