In 1819 Betsey Sems, widow, was granted Administration of her late husband's goods.
In 1841 Betsey Pascoe, aged about 40, born in the county, and husband Francis Pascoe, aged about 40, born in the county, taylor, were living in South Side of Alverton Lane, Madron Penzance, Cornwall. With them were children Fanny* Pascoe (20), taylor, Francis Pascoe (10), John Pascoe (8).

In 1851 Betsy Pascoe, aged 53, born in Truro Cornwall, and husband Francis Pascoe, aged 51, born in Helston Cornwall, men's mercer and master tailor, were living at 23 North Parade, Madron Penzance. With them were sons (born in Camborne): Francis V. (23), John Wills (19), apprentice printer.
In 1861 Betsy Pascoe, aged 64, born in Truro, and husband Francis Pascoe, aged 62, born in Helston, commission agent, were living at 8 Clarence St., Penzance. With them was son Francis V. (31) of Camborne, formerly merchant's clerk.
