"CONCORDIA—The funeral for William L. Eustice was to be held Wednesday at 2 pm at the EUB Church here with burial in Pleasant Hill Cemetery. Mr. Eustice, lifetime resident of this community, died at the home his son, Byron, after an illness of several weeks. He was born on a farm southwest of Concordia June 12, 1883, the son of Mr. and Mrs. William Eustice.
He was married to Carrie Davis at Concordia Nov. 26, 1904. Survivors include the widow and these sons and daughters: Byron, and Mrs. Lucille Yoder, Concordia; Melvin, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Wilma Achenback, Clay Center; Mrs. Genevieve Nightingale, Clay Center; Clarence, San Diego, Calif.; Mrs. Doris Paris, Concordia; Harold, San Diego; Harry, Topeka; Wilford, Clay Center, Raymond, Concordia." ²
