"Joseph Harry Eustice, 67, Neodesha, died Saturday, Dec. 26, at a Neodesha nursing home.
He was born Fed. 17, 1920, in Concordia, a son of William and Carrie Davis Eustice. He was a member of the Church of the Nazarene. Mr. Eustice was a Army veteran of World War II. He was a meat cutter at a self-service grocery store in Neodesha until he retired.
Mr. Eustice married Helen Pennell on March 31, 1979, in Neodesha.
Surviving are his wife, Helen, of Neodesha; one son, Harry Lee Eustice, El Dorado; one step-son, Bob Armstrong, Coffeyville; two daughters, Mrs. Phyllis Harder and Mrs. Vickie Tucker, both of Independence; three step-daughters, Mrs. Carolyn McGinnis, Coffeyville, Mrs. Pat Holt, Wichita, and Mrs. Marilyn Ingle, Chanute; three sisters, Wilma Achenbacher, Genevieve Nightengale and Lucille Yoder, all of Concordia; one brother, Raymond Eustice, Dodge City; eight grandchildren; 11 step-grandchildren; and four great-great-grandchildren...."
