* Jane's age is inconsistent after the 1850 Census: 30 in 1841, 40 in 1850, 58 in 1870, 72 in 1880. There was no Jane Hill born from 1805 to 1809 in Crowan or surrounding parishes of Cornwall. Jane was most likely one of the following:
1) Jane Hill, chr. 24 Jul 1810 in Camborne, dau of Joseph & Anne
2) Jane Hill, chr. 28 Oct 1811 in Wendron, dau of James & Jane
