"MRS. FRANK VIVIAN IS TAKEN BY DEATH.
Was resident of Upper Peninsula for 68 Years and Had Lived Here 48 Years.
Mrs. Frank Vivian, 76 years old, a resident of the upper peninsula 68 years and of Ishpeming 48 years, died at 3:15 yesterday at her home 414 Cleveland avenue. She was taken ill about 10 days ago and her condition had become serious the last few days. Bronchial pneumonia was the cause of her death.
She was born in England and came to the United States when she was a young girl, locating in Eagle Harbor. She was married there and later moved to Humboldt and then to Ishpeming. Her husband died eight years ago.
She leaves four sons, William, James, George and Richard, of Ishpeming, a brother, William Truscott, of San Jose, Calif., 20 grandchildren and six great grandchildren. She was a devout member of the Methodist Episcopal church here.
Funeral arrangements will be announced tomorrow. Friends are requested to omit flowers." 5
