In 1851 John Rowe, aged 73, born in Camborne Cornwall, retired inn keeper, and wife Mary, aged 76, born in Camborne, were living in Treswithian, Camborne. Present was daughter Thurza [Theresa] (28) of Camborne, unmarried.

Gives to his wife Mary the use, interest, rents and profits of his property during her lifetime.
After the death of his wife he gives £20 to his daughter Mary Blewett.
Gives £20 each to his children John Rowe, William Rowe and Lavinia Rabling.
Gives an annuity of £3 to his daughter Caroline Bennetts, to be raised out of the rental of his public house.
Gives an annuity of £7 to his daughter Thereza Rowe, to be raised out of the rental of his public house.
All the residue of his property he gives to his son Hannibal Rowe, whom he appoints sole executor of his last will and testament.
