99 year lease, James Bolitho; lessee's grandson Andrew Pearce, and granddaughter Caroline Rowe; rent 6 shillings. Consideration: £45.

Cottage or dwelling house with adjoining plot of ground, about 1 acre, bounded on west with Thomas Philp's hedge, on south with road from Mylor Bridge towards Enys, on other side with road to Carclew, all part of Mylor down, enclosed and house built by John Hackett, and now called Hackett's tenement.

In 1841 Caroline Bennet, aged about 25, and husband James Bennet, aged about 35, farmer, were living in Race, Camborne. Present were children George (6), John (4), James (2), Levenia (1).

In 1851 Caroline Bennett, aged 39, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband James Bennett, aged 45, born in Luggon [Illogan] Cornwall, farmer of 100 acres of land, employing 1 lab., were living in Tresea L. Farm, Davidstow, Cornwall. With them were children (born in Camborne), John (14), employed at home, James (12), employed at home, Levinia (10), employed at home, Treasa (9), employed at home, William (7), employed at home, George (5), employed at home, Samuel (2) and Caroline (2 months) of Davidstow.

In 1855 Caroline Bennetts became a beneficiary of her father's will, receiving an annuity of £3.

In 1861 Caroline Bennett, aged 49, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband James Bennett, aged 57, born in Illogan Cornwall, farmer of 110 acres employing 1 man, were living in Trelill Barton, St. Kew, Cornwall. Present were children born (a) in Camborne: James (23), Lavinia (20), William (17), Samuel (12), and (b) born in Davidstow Caroline (10), and Mary (8).

In 1871 Caroline Bennett, aged 57, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband James Bennett, aged 67, born in Illogan Cornwall, retired farmer, were living in Highway, St. Kew, Cornwall.

In 1881 Caroline Bennett, aged 68, born in Camborne Cornwall, widow, independent, was with her daughter Lavinia Hocking and her family in Reawla Lane, Gwinear, Cornwall

Caroline married her 5th cousin twice removed James Bennetts, son of George Bennetts of Magor in Illogan and Catherine Rule, on 4 Aug 1834 in Camborne, Cornwall. (James Bennetts was born in 1803 in Illogan, Cornwall, christened 21 Aug 1803 in Illogan, Cornwall and was buried on 1 Jun 1876 in St. Kew, Cornwall, aged 73 years.)
