This is the last Will and Testament of me Mary Joyce of 1 Robert Street in the Parish of St. Luke's Chelsea Middlesex Widow

I give and bequeath to my two daughters Agnes Gilruth of 417 Strand London and Mary Joyce of 1 Robert St. Chelsea Middlesex their heirs executors and administrators all and every my real and personal estates whatsoever with all and every the money and monies due to me from every source together with all other money or effects that is now or may hereafter accrue or become due to me by Will or otherwise and I appoint my son in law David Gilruth of 417 Strand London to be Executor and Mary Joyce of 1 Robert Street Chelsea London to be Executrix of this my Will dated twenty third day of May 1861 — Mary Joyce. Signed by the said testatrix Mary Joyce in the presence of us who in her presence and in the presence of each other subscribe our names as witnesses —

The Will of Mary Joyce, late of 1 Robert Street Chelsea in the County of Middlesex, widow, deceased, who died 23 Mar 1870 at 1 Robert Street aforesaid, was proved at the Principal Registry on 3 June 1870 by the oath of David Gilruth of 417 Strand in the County aforesaid, confectioner, one of the executors, named in the said Will, he having first sworn duly to administer, power being reserved of granting Probate of the said Will to Mary Bartholomew, Wife of Herbert Burrows Bartholomew, formerly Joyce, Spinster, the daughter of the said deceased, the other Executor named in the said Will. 3
