In 1851, Jane Bennetts (27) of Camborne, and husband Stephen Bennetts (29) of Camborne*, copper miner, were living in Union St., Camborne. Present were daughters (born in Camborne): Mary Ann (5), Elizabeth (3), Celia (1).

* No Stephen Bennetts son of Stephen was christened in Camborne; so it is more than likely that this is Stephen Bennetts son of Stephen and Mary, christened in Illogan in 1821; the rest of their children were christened in Camborne.

In 1861, Jane Bennett (37) of Camborne and husband Stephen Bennett (32) of Camborne, copper miner, were living in Union St., Camborne. Present were children (born in Camborne): Mary Ann (15), dress maker, Elizabeth L. (13), tailoress, Cecelia (10), scholar, Frances J. (6), scholar

   Marriage Information:

Jane married Stephen BENNETTS Jr., son of Stephen BENNETTS and Mary VERRAN, on 22 Aug 1844 in Camborne, Cornwall. (Stephen BENNETTS Jr. was born in 1821 in Camborne, Cornwall, christened on 20 May 1821 in Illogan, Cornwall and died in 1881 in St. Cleer, Cornwall.)
