(3).

Abstract of the Will of John Vial of the Parish of Camborne in the County of Cornwall, Innkeeper, written 9 Jan 1857, proved 13 Jun 1857. 2

Gives £100 to his youngest son Charles Thomas Vial, payable when he turns twenty-one.

Nominates and appoints his wife Grace Vial residuary legatee and sole executrix of his last will and testament.

Wills that the insurance he has taken out be continued and the premiums raised from his estate for the benefit of his children.

Appoints Mr. John Soddy, saddler, guardian in trust of his will.

Will proved by the said Grace Viol, his widow, who left part of the will unadministered. Following her death in 1885, Administration was granted to his daughter Caroline Johns wife of James Johns on 29 Jun 1885. Estate valued at £350.
