The funeral of Mrs. Susan Jane Thomas (77), 19, Fore-street, Troon, who was the elder daughter of the late Capt. Samuel Bennetts, took place on Thursday, at Troon cemetery.
A service was conducted at St. John's Methodist Church by Rev. W. Kinsley Lester, Camborne, who officiated at the graveside. Mr. H. Carter was at the organ.
Mrs. Thomas was a member of St. John's Methodist Church. Her husband, Mr. William Thomas, died 40 years ago. She is survived by four sons in U.S.A. and two daughters.
