In 1845, Charles Thomas jnr. was witness at the marriage of his cousin Sophia Thomas to John Bartle.

In 1851, Charles Thomas (56) of Camborne, copper & tin mine agent, and wife Alice (55) of Camborne, were living in Killivose Moor, Camborne. Present were children (born in Camborne): Alice (25), Josiah (17), mine clerk

In 1861, Charles Thomas (66) of Camborne, mine agent, and wife Alice (67) of Camborne, were living in Navogoby, Camborne.
