"Will of Frederick Bennett Bailey late of Longueville and Bondi, RETIRED COMMERCIAL TRAVELLER.

THIS IS THE LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT of me FREDERICK BENNETT BAILEY of 89 Bondi Road, Bondi near Sydney in the State of New South Wales, Grocer. I GIVE DEVISE AND BEQUEATH all moneys payable under my two Policies of Insurance effected by me with the Australian Mutual Provident Society and The Citizens Life Assurance Company Limited respectively for the sums of £250 and £100 respectively and all the rest and residue of my real and personal estate of whatsoever kind and wheresoever situate unto my dear wife Elsie May Bailey for her own use and benefit absolutely. AND I APPOINT my said wife sole Executrix of this my will. IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand this twenty first day of July in the year One thousand nine hundred and eight. FREDERICK B.
