Abstract of the Will of Sarah Ann Bailey of Grosvenor St. Woollahra, late of Bondi, Widow, written 12 Jan 1909, probate granted 5 Apr 1922. 4

Gives all the residue of her real and personal estate to her daughter Elizabeth Mary Bailey, appointing her sole executrix of her last will and testament.

Witnesses: James Wilcock of 141 Oxford St., Waverley, Percy Wilson Emerson of 280 Oxford St., Woollahra.

Estate sworn at £516 6s. 9d. net.
