In 1891 Annie Vivian Andrew, aged 20, born in Camborne Cornwall, was at 44 Manchester R., Haslingdon, Lancaster, England. Annie and her sister Louie had been adopted by James Hoyle, chapel keeper, and his wife Ann.

In 1901 Annie V Thomas, aged 30, born in Camborne, was visiting with George and Charlotte Nancarrow (Charlotte being her cousin), at 30 Southfield Villas, Middlesborough, Yorkshire.

In 1911 Annie Vivian Thomas, aged 40, born in Camborne Cornwall, and husband of 9 years George Leslie Thomas, aged 35, born in Camborne, chartered accountant, were living at 107 Stanhope Road, Darlington, Durham. With them were Annie's (half) sister Evelyn Wilson Andrew (25) of Pontrefact, Yorkshire, single, assistant mistress, and George's nephew George Stanley Nancarrow (22) of Middleboro' York, single, private means.

A very pretty wedding was solemnized at the Wesley Chapel, Camborne, on Thursday, the Rev. E. B. Keeling officiating. The contracting parties were Mr. George Leslie Thomas, youngest son of the late Capt. Josiah Thomas, and Miss Annie Vivian Andrew. The bride, who was dressed in a silver grey costume, trimmed in white silk, with white hat, trimmed in chiffon and feathers to match, was given away by Mr. C. V. Thomas, whilst Mr. Arthur Thomas acted as best man. A good number of guests were present including Mr. and Mrs. J. H. Holman, Mr. and Mrs. J. M. Holman, Mr. and Mrs. F. W. Thomas, Mr. J. Vivian Thomas and Telfer Thomas. Mr. Pearce presided at the harmonium and appropriate hymns were rendered. On the happy couple leaving the chapel they were showered with rice by a large number of friends who had witnessed the ceremony.
