Gives his personal effects to his wife Elizabeth Bennetts during her widowhood until the youngest child comes of age, whereafter he gives the residue to his children Ann, Thomas, William, Christopher, Matthew, Richard, Edward, Gilbert, Elizabeth and Joseph Bennetts, whom he directs to pay to her an annuity of £8.
Nominates his brothers-in-law John and Edward Bawden as guardians of his will.
