In 1901 Daniel T Wilkins, aged 16, born in Pontypridd Glamorgan, single, butcher's assistant, was with his parents at 117 Middle Street Pontypridd.

In 1911 Daniel Wilkins, aged 26, born in Pontypridd, fitter labourer in colliery, and wife of 3 years Gladys Wilkins, aged 22, born in Porth Glamorgan (mother of 1 child), were living at 2 Nyth Bran Terrace, Porth. With them was daughter Lilian May (1y 8m) of Pontypridd.

In the 1939 Register Daniel T Wilkins (b. 31 May 1886*), colliery pumpsman (below), and wife Gladys J (b. 14 Jan 1890), unpaid domestic duties, were living at 34 Nyth Bran Terrace, Rhondda, Glamorgan. At the same address were [sons, single] Victor T (b. 3 Mar 1915), ironmonger's shop assistant, and Maldwyn Wilkins (b. 12 Jan 1923†), ironmonger's errand boy. Also there was Mafanwy R Lloyd (b. 14 Oct 1896), married, unpaid domestic duties.
