  Marriage Notes:

"OLD St. Matthew's, Windsor, was the scene of a quiet but pretty wedding on 6th inst., the contracting parties being Lillian, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. H. Davis, of Windsor, and Leslie, eldest son of Mr. and Mrs.Ford, of Goulburn. The Rural Dean (Rev. C. L. Williams) was the celebrant.

The bride, who was given away by her brother, Mr. C. Davis, of Cabramatta, wore a blue silk assembly frock, with hat to tone, and a spray of white gardenias, and carried a white handbag, the gift of the groom. Mrs. C. Baldwin, of River stone, sister of the bride, was Matron of Honor, and chose a vieux rose frock with matching hat and shoulder spray of roses, with a gold neck lace, a gift of the groom. Mr. R. Davis, another brother of the bride, performed the duties of best man.

The reception was held at George's Reception Rooms, where the mother of the bride, assisted by an aunt of the bride, Mrs. Curtis, received a considerable gathering of relatives and friends. Both chose for the oc casion black frocks with white tonings.

The Rev. Williams presided at the festivities, and after the usual toast list had been honored, the bride and groom left for a short honeymoon at Goulburn, where the groom's parents and relatives reside. The happy couple have since taken up residence at Windsor." 4
