Appoints his three sons Frederick Emanuel Temby, Nicholas Henry Temby and Walter Charles Temby, currently living in Perth, W.A., as co-executors and trustees of his last will.
Gives his gold watch to his grandson Redvers Henry Temby, the eldest son of his son Frederick Emanuel Temby.
Gives his gold watch chain and gold match box to his grandson John Temby, eldest son of his son Nicholas Henry Temby.
Gives his piano to his daughter Olive Temby should she be unmarried at his death. If Olive marries, then he wills the said piano to his daughter Louie Killyer.
Gives his gold-mounted walking stick to his son Walter Charles Temby.
All the rest of his personal estate he gives to his trustees, to invest and sell the same, and to pay the proceeds equally among his children.
In a codicil he revokes the appointment of his three sons as co-executors, and appoints instead his son-in-law Otto Vahland of Middle Park, accountant, and his daughter Louie Jane Killyer, to be co-executors with his son Frederick Emanuel Temby.
