Man Without An Enemy
ADELAIDE, Friday.
Mr. Arthur Vivian Crase, of Stephen terrace. Gilberton, one of the best known figures in the wool business in South Australia, died suddenly last night. He was 73.
He was assistant manager of the wool department of Bennett & Fisher, Ltd.
Mr. Crase had been in the wool business all his life. He was a partner in the early firm of A. S. Cheadle, Crase. & Co., until 1919, when it amalgamated with the old Bennett and Fisher firm.
Paying a tribute to Mr. Crase, Mr. T. S. Cheadle (chairman of directors of Bennett & Fisher, Ltd.) said today:-"Mr. Crase's friends were legion: his enemies nil." 6
