In 1871 Elizabeth Owen Hughes (26) of Pwllheli, unmarried, house duty, was with her brother John Evans Hughes (30) of Pwllheli, medical practitioner, in Palace Street, Nevin, Caernarvon.

In 1881 Elizabeth Owen Hughes (36) of Denio, unmarried, surgeon's daughter, was with her sister Ann Hughes in Penmaen's Castle, Llannor, Carnarvon.

In 1885 Elizabeth Owen Hughes was a witness at the marriage of her cousin Owen Lloyd Jones Evans to Lydia Elizabeth Savin.

In 1891 Elizabeth Owen Walter (34) [sic] of Pwllheli and husband Thomas Walters (46) of Hanina Cardigan, Rector of ------?------, were living in Llanarmon, Caernarvon.

In 1901 Elizabeth O. Walters (56) of Pwllheli and husband Thomas Walters (52) of Hanina, Cardigan, clergyman, Church of England, were living in Ynys Parish Church, Llanarmon, Caernarvon.

On 29 February 1916 Elizabeth Owen Walters, widow, was granted probate of the personal effects of her sister Anne Hunter Hughes of Aelybryn Llanbedrog Carnarvonshire, spinster.
