In 1835 Ann Marshall was the sole executrix and residuary legatee of her husband's Will, receiving his lands and estate in Dunnaquary (Downiquarry) and North Park in the parish of Tresmeer, for as long as she remains a widow.

In 1838 Ann Marshall received £100 from her late father's Will.

In 1841 Ann Marshall, aged about 45, shop keeper, was living in Downiquary, Tresmeer Cornwall. With her were children Henry (20), shoe m[maker], William (20), tailor, Michael (15), Caroline (12), Daniel (9) and John (25).

In 1843 Ann Marshall was the beneficiary of the Will of her brother William Taylor of Tremaine, receiving £60.

In 1861 Ann Marshall, aged 65, born in South Petherwin Cornwall, widow, shopkeeper, was living in Treehammers Tresmeer Cornwall. At the same address was widowed son William and his family.
