In 1838 Grace Kenner received £100 from her late father's Will.

In 1841 Grace Kenner, aged about 40, and husband Henry Kenner, aged about 40, shoe m[aker], were living in Warbstow Cornwall. With them were children John (11), Amelia (6) and Mary (2).

In 1843 Grace Kenner received £60 from the Will of her late brother William Taylor of Tremaine, for her own personal use.

In 1851 Grace Kenner, aged 52, born in South Petherwin Cornwall, and husband Henry Kenner, aged 51, born in Cornwall, boot & shoe maker, were living in Warbstow Cross, Warbstow Cornwall. With them were children (born in Warbstow) John (21), black smith, Mary A (12), scholar, and Samuel (8), scholar.

In 1861 Grace Kenner, aged 62, born in South Petherwin Cornwall, and husband Henry Kenner, aged 61, born in Tresmeer Cornwall, master boot & shoe maker employing 1 man, were living in Warbstow Cross, Warbstow Cornwall. With them were children (born in Warbstow) Amelia (26), and Samuel T. (18), shoe maker.

In 1871 Grace Kenner, aged 72, born in South Petherwin Cornwall, widow, annuitant, was living in Warbstow Cross, Warbstow Cornwall. With her was granddaughter Mary Ann Kenner (12) of Deptford Kent, scholar.
