In 1841 William Taylor, aged about 45, farmer, was living in Church Town, Tremayne, Cornwall. He was a farmer. With him was (mother) Sarah Taylor (77), independent, and (nephew) William Taylor (30), ag lab.

Gives to his mother an annuity of £4 for the term of her natural life.

Gives £60 to his brother John Taylor.

Gives £50 to his sister Margery Cory for her personal use.

Gives £60 to his sister Ann Marshall.

Gives £60 to his sister Grace Kenner for her sole use.

All the rest of his goods and chattels he gives to William Taylor his brother's son, appointing the said William Taylor sole executor of his last will and testament.
