In the Name of God Amen I Richard Lloyd Cwm bychan in the County of Merioneth & Diocese of Bangor Gentleman being Sick & weak in body but of Sound and perfect Mind & Memory (praised be God for it) Doe make and Ordain this my last Will and Testament in Manner and form following (that is to say) first and principally I recommend my Soul into the hands of my Saviour Jesus Christ hopeing through his Meritorious Death & Passion to have a perfect Remission & forgiveness of all my Sins, And my Body I committ to the Earth to be decently interred Att the Discretion of my Executrix herein after named. And as touching what worldly Effects It hath pleased God to Endow me with, I give & Dispose of as follows

Imprimis Whereas my Brother Evan Lloyd by a Bond dated the Eleventh Day of February in the third Year of the Reign of his Perfect Majesty King George the Second Anno Domini 1729 Stands indebted to me in the Summe of Two Hundred Pounds Conditioned for the payment of Fifty Pounds Upon Such Condition as Sett forth & Certified? in the Condition of the Sayd Bond As by the Sayd Bond & Condition thereof (relation being thereto had) It more fully Appears, Now I the Sayd Richard Lloyd being willing hereby to dispose of the Sayd Summe of Fifty pounds. Accordingly I give and bequeath Ten Pounds part thereof to my Brother Israel Lloyd

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Brother John Lloyd Ten Pounds Another part thereof

Item: I give and bequeath to my Sister Dorothy Ten Pounds Another part thereof

Item: I give and bequeath to my Sister Jane Ten pounds Another part thereof

Item: I give and bequeath to my Sister Catherine Ten Pounds being the rest and residue of the Sayd Fifty Pounds

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Mother Dorothy Evan the Summe of Five Pounds to be payd her out of my personall Estate

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Brother Robert Lloyd the Summe of Five Pounds to be payd him out of my personall Estate as Aforesayd

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Son in Law Robert Evan Such Summe of Money as will make Up his Portion a Hundred Pounds

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Grand daughter in Law Jane Tudor the Summe of Five Pounds

Item: I give and bequeath unto my Nephew Edward Lloyd (my Sayd brother Evan Lloyd's son) the Summe of Ten Pounds towards his schooling

Item: I give & bequeath the Summe of Ten Pounds to be Equally devided between my Brothers and Sisters (to witt) Israel, John, Dorothy, Jane, Catherine

Item: my Will is That my Brother Evan whom I appoint Trustee Over this my last Will & Testament shall pay unto my Sister Dorothy Three Pounds as soon as my Executrix and he Can with Conveniency pay the Same after my Decease, And also the Interest of the Other Nine Pounds Yearly to my Sayd Sister dureing her life And if She Shall happen to dye without Issue, then I doe hereby give & bequeath the Sayd Nine Pounds unto my Sayd Brother Evan

Item: I give & bequeath unto my Two nephews Robert Evan and Robert Prae the Summe of Six Pounds to be equally devided between them

Item: I give Unto my Godson Richard Lloyd son of my Uncle John Lloyd one Ewe & a Lamb

Item: I give and bequeath unto the poor of the parish of Llanfair the Summe of Five Pounds to be putt out to Interest for them And the Interest to be Yearly devided Among them Att Easter for Ever

Item: I give the Bedstead, Ovile Table and four New Chairs lyeing in the Newbuilt Chamber in the Mansion house of Cwm bychan to the Use & behoofe of the Heirs & Owners of the Sayd house for Ever

Item: I doe Order that all the Legacyes herein & hereby before given & bequeathed be payd out of my personal Estate except the Fifty Pounds first within mentioned

Item: all the rest and residue of my personall Estate I give and bequeath Unto my Loveing Wife Lowry vch Richard whom alsoe I Constitute and Appoint Sole Executrix of this my last Will and Testament And I doe hereby Revoke Disannull & make Voyd All Other former Will or Wills by me Att Any time heretofore made In Witness whereof I have hereunto putt my hand and Seal the Thirtyeth day of June In the Year of our Lord One Thousand Seven hundred and Thirty Six.

Item: I give and bequeath Unto my Sayd Loving wife and my Brother Evan the Sume of Thirty Pounds which are in Tudor ap Richard's hand to be Equally devided between them.
