Abstract of the Will of George Prisk of 6 Westcott Street Cessnock, Miner, written 9 Sep 1929, probate granted 16 Aug 1934. 1
Appoints his son George Richard Prisk and Joseph Edward Lockwood co-executors and trustees of his will.
Gives £20 to Benjamin Rackham senior.
Gives 2 guineas to each of his grandchildren.
Gives to Raymond George Prisk his gold chain and gold medal.
Gives to Allen Lockwood his silver chain and watch.
All the rest of his real and personal estate he gives to his trustees, to sell and convert into money to be divided into four equal parts for his children, namely George Richard Prisk aforesaid, Elizabeth Grace Lockwood, Mabel Mary Newland, the fourth remaining part to be divided between Bertha Maud Prisk, widow of his late son John William Prisk, and John Clement Prisk, Melba Prisk, Raymond George Prisk and Lorna Prisk, the four children of John William Prisk aforesaid.
