In 1851 Benjamin Tucker, aged 58, born in Camborne Cornwall, married, mine agent, was with his sister Ann Vivian and her family in Back Lane, Camborne.
In May 1851 Benjamin Tucker, natural and lawful son of John Tucker late of Camborne, deceased, was granted Administration of his father's personal estate. Administration had originally been granted to Benjamin's mother who was the principal legatee; however, she died leaving her husband's will unadministered.
