In 1771 Catharine Pryor was the sole executrix of her husband's will, receiving his leasehold tenement of Trevennin in the parish of Wendron for the term of her natural life.

Gives one shilling to her son Richard Pryor of the borough of Helston, blacksmith.
Gives one shilling to her son John Pryor of the parish of St. Agnes, blacksmith.
Gives one shilling to her son-in-law Humphry Harvey of the parish of Crowan, miller.
All the rest of her goods, chattels and estate of Trevining in Wendron she gives to her son Simon Pryor, appointing him sole executor.
